It is not a matter of just Rs 163/- that I had paid twice (Cash to the Driver as well as Through Paytm Wallet afterwards for clearing the entry in your system), but a matter of Professional Ethics.

I must say that it is very Poor Customer Service, I had experienced with UBER.

Please note that I had paid it twice, once it had been paid in cash to the driver, and the next day, I had to pay it through my Paytm wallet as the payment was still pending.
In order to run a business successfully and keep it growing, Transparency & Professional Ethics is a Must.
