I booked Uber on august 2nd 2020 from Delhi to Faridabad that cab charged me 767 rs with driver shahid Ali. At that time I tried to add the credit card but due to some technical error It got failed so I paid in cash. I tried to contact Uber through their customer care support but didn’t get any response.
On April 14 I booked a Uber bike with driver Deepak which cost me around 51 bucks but rider kept telling me to pay 818 rs including outstanding amount. I paid him 70 rs as he told me that my bill was 68 for this ride.
I explained him the whole situation so he said he will put up my issue with Uber as there is no other way to contact them.
He asked for my number for unresolved case scenario.
Next day he called me and told me that Uber has blocked him because he failed to recover the outstanding amount.
It is a mental and financial harassment for me and the rider as well. He keeps texting me to clear the outstanding amount which I did before. Kindly solve the issue Was this information helpful? |
