I booked a ride on 17th Oct 2021 at 2:00PM and scheduled my ride for 18th Oct 2021 at 4:45AM.at the time of ride, app showed driver is on the way to pickup. Suddenly it denied and confirmed "No driver available".
At that instant, how can one manage to book and arrange the vehicle.
This act is literally intolerable. If anyone can help me how to complain this behavior, please help me
