I, ravichandra kambhampaty, had a uber ride on sunday aug.27, 2017between 10.15-11.15am from shivam road hyderabad to road no.76 jubilee hills. On reaching destination driver raju showed me the meter charge, rs.196.00 i paid him rs.2oo/- and he left. No problem so far. When i tried to book uber for my return home at about 3.30pm it showed that an amount of rs.201. Xx due for the morning trip and doi i want to charge the credit card (I usede on an earlier trip) or pay the driver on this trip. So i swithced to ola and reached home after several trials in uber.
On coming home a friend told me the uber complaint no in hyderabad and to complain soon. I tried several times on aug 27/28/29 and could not get. So from google i got this email address and am sending you this message. Since i have already paid the driver the metered charge of rs.196 pl. Cancel the second charge of rs.201. Xx.
