You charged me rs 42 for trip cancelled at 1.00 pm today.
I have not canceled the trip. Your driver canceled the trip. I gave pick up point as daliraju super mkt. When the driver called me, i asked him to take the opposite lane to the super market. He started abusing and said you are mental and gave wrong destination. To avoid this confusion, i started walking towards daliraju super market. The driver met me half way. When i was about to sit in the car, he asked me not to sit and canceled the trip. When i told him iam going to complain, he challenged me to complain to whomsoever i want and went away. Best part is you penalized me for that arrogant, rude behaviour of the driver. If you hire this type of drivers, i am afraid i can not continue hiring uber. There are many options. I am a regular customer o[censored]ber. I need an apology and return the amount charged for no fault of mine. The story didn`t end there.
I booked uber again. You allotted the same driver. He stopped the car on the other side of the road. I was standing on the left side in the direction we should go for my destination. He asked me to cross the road and come to the opposite side. There is no point going there. He has to take u turn and come this side. He refused to come and cancelled and go.
