I have taken a ride on 1st april wherein i have booked the cab from Nagpur airport.
The ride was a cashless ride but at the time of ride completion i have paid ride amount 930 rs via gpay directly to drivers gpay account.
Now after raising the concern in the uber app via their help support section and attaching the screenshot of payment too, still my issue is not resolved.
It is still showing payment due for rs 930 of my last trip and it is not letting me book another ride.
Unfortunately there is no customer care support in uber which directly connects us with the support team .its only preconfigured chatbot which unable to understand and register our issue and hence i am struggling to get my resolution.
