I took ride from chandigarh airport on 21st jan to sector 44c. My driver asked me to change payment to cash and then charged me 500rs but my app showed me 377rs. On asking he said i will the message later and that this problem happens sometimes. He also took a different route than i suggested which i usually travel. And also later the app showed that he had cancelled my ride! This is fraud.. I need refund of my money..! I had leg fractured and i had to cancel 3 rides just because my previous drivers said they can't come though the app showed they are just 6mts away. This is the worst experience i ever had. Very bad service. If they can't come to pick why the hell do they accept the rides. Strict action need to be taken against such drivers.
