Uber India — third class service from uber cabs

Hello,

I am going share my experience with uber cabs on 27th august' 2017 i. E. Yesterday. The incident took place in vanasthalipuram, hyderabad city, telengana state, india.

I had booked an ubergo cab at around 2:30 pm. After booking the cab, the driver did not even called me to know the location. After few minutes i called him (Driver raghu) to ask where exactly he is & to guide him about the location as gps sometimes takes to a different lane. The driver picked the call & came near my lane. I asked him to come in front of my house as my pick up point was a little far from the main road & there were ladies from my family who were also there to board the cab. When i asked the driver to come to my home, he straight away denied even after coming near my lane. When i asked him the reason for not coming to the exact location, he had given a false excuse that his car cannot pass from my lane as there is less space & disconnected the call. There were other cars which were passing in my lane. I have also attached the lane picture to this email which i clicked at that movement to show how much space was available for the vehicle to enter my lane.

I called him again & insisted him to come as there were no issues at all. He responded in a very rude manner saying "are you coming to the main road or shall i cancel the booking?". I asked him to behave properly & also asked him not to waste anymore time. You will not believe what words he had used in a very rude manner. He uttered in telugu language that "gudda lo anta khujli vunte, vere cab book chesko". Let me translate this in english language. It means " if you have so much pain in your #, then why don't you book another cab". We were shocked to hear such a language from an uber driver. I went to the main road to check with the driver what is his problem. But, by the time i reached the main road, he left that place & cancelled the booking (Not sure what reason he has selected for cancelling the booking). I wanted to book another cab & unfortunately i get the same booking (Same cab) again which i had cancelled. Utter disappointment from uber. Two times cancelation charges were charged to me. I want uber to take serious action against the driver & also refund me my amount.

I have attached all the pictures which i have taken during this incident. I am expecting a proper & professional response from uber in this matter. I[censored]ber fails to resolve this issue in a right manner, i am going to take this issue further. Also, going to share this on facebook, watsapp, twitter etc.
