I booked a auto for my parents who are senior citizens. The person called me and informed that he reached, after he picks my parents he called me again and informed if the payment is in online, I’ll leave them in the middle. I was shocked by his response. I informed I booked (cash payment). When he is riding again he asked my parents extra amount and also threatened them that he will drop them in the middle. When they reached, I went and asked him about this and I was polite for first 5mins. Again he is talking so rude, he also informed go and complaint, uber will not do anything. The auto number is different in Uber app (TN04AU6447 )and the person auto number. No safety, rude, threatening, and Uber can’t do anything..
