27/8/2017, 9.52pm from arasan mahal-chrompet to labour colony - pallikarannai we travelled by car no tn 0926 driver mr. Vedachallam.
After car started, a call received by driver, wherein the previous customer who travelled before my trip. He told driver that he had missed his mobile and enquired that whether it is in back seat.
The driver stopped the vehicle and asked us to get down from the car, and searched back seat, removed the mat etc. Inspite we told that there is no mobile in the seat.
Then again the previous customer toldl the driver that sometime, new people travelling in the car (Us only) might taken the mobile. Pl check with them.
This is totally mad, and incompetent of previous customer to keep and handle a phone.
Driver told us that he was sitting in the front seat only, and his lady only occupied the back seat.
How dare that previous # asked these questions, and stoped the vehile on way - in by pass road, that too very little traffic on the road.
How can i come to know that the phone call is genuine. We do not know who had insulted us??
The whole night we had totally sleepless light and insulted, went to mental agony. Morning my wife bp raised, went to doctor's clinc (We are senior citizens)
What remedy uber company give and compensation.
