I had a trip this morning wherein my destination should have been Cinepolis Unity One Mall, Rohini. Instead of this, we ended up at front of someone's house in Rajouri Garden. The driver was a really good person who helped us out to reach the correct destination.
I had to pay double the amount (the incorrect route + changed route).
Kindly update to the latest routes. I also want my money for the incorrect route back as this happened because of the high incompetence of the correct Uber routes updaters. They may have hired competent drivers but what about the backend operators who are suppose update the location appropriately? I suggest the Uber team to be competent enough so that they do not take the advantage of such mismanagement and loot the money from their customers. Was this information helpful? |
