Uber India — trip was charged twice in cash as well as card

On trip for goregaon west to kalyan on 09th september afternoon, i selected non cash but card was not charged at that time and hence i paid in cash. But today 11th septemebr. When again i tried to book a cab to vikroli from kalyan, they charged my card for the same amount of inr778.26 and i thought this is for my today's trip. And now when i asking a refund and fighting with them on email, they are just saying no for this. They will not give me any refund, this is what they are saying.
How do we connect to their country head on this.
