Uber booking in India is such a nightmare. I don’t believe the Uber drivers deserve the ratings that they get. Every driver wishes to know where we are expected to drop and then they decide whether they wish to come or not. Secondly, we are charged for cancellation and we have to contest it. Today I went through some 5 or 6 cancellation. I had to wait for almost an hour before I got the cab to pick me up. The drivers need to be disciplined and penalised if they don’t respect the confirmation and guests should not be going through the pain. My humble request to Uber leadership to appropriate action.
