Uber India — uber driver issue

I am vinay kumar. I have booked uber suv on 14/08/17 7:18 am mahindra xylo driver name is sunil - this driver is not at all willing to pick us first and he is chewing some guktha and speaking in a vulgar language. More over he is stating all sort of # to me and at the same time i have book 3 ubergo they reached me. What is the problem with him? The uber guys have charged 105rs for cancellation.

Another cab maruti ertiga driver (14/08/2017 6:38am) name vishnu he came to secunderabad station and moved off without picking us and told me that he tried to call me, but he didn't call me. He said i have come out of the station so that he will reach in 15mins, where he is not interested to pick the passengers

This uber are charging very badly without knowing the proper reason
