On 17thaug i booked uber for my guest to airport from home to airport delhi terminal-3. Uber i booked using my credit card but driver misbahved with my guest at airport & insisted on cash inspite of my explaining him this trip is booked with the card payment. My guest was in hurry so he paid cash to driver to prevent himsef from unnecessary argument with driver. Next time today 18th-aug when i tried to booked for another trip uber apps is showing pending payment of yesterday trip to airport.
Due to misbehaviour of cab driver with my guest i felt embarrassment in front of my guest and my family.
I complaint my concern with the uber support center but they have no realization of my insult i faced in front of my guest & family.
Only saying... That it is my mistake i paid money but they are not accepting misbehaviour of driver and refunding money i paid to driver.
It measn they have given free hand to uber driver to misbehave and on complaint they are not taking any action. Even not ready to refund money driver took.
I am looking forward to do needful against o[censored]ber for cheating me & misbehaviour with my guest & manhani of me. Was this information helpful? |
