My Wife took a ride from her office to home on 28th Dec 2021. The Auto driver did not drop her to the destination. The driver demanded for cash payment and she asked to stop by an ATM to withdraw cash. The driver took the cash and intentionally ended the trip before one km of final drop destination and ran over his wheels on her feet. Because of this accident she felt down in the mud and her phone screen broke. When we asked UBER safety team to look into it, they are sending pre written messages and not to compensate for the product damage. It is been more than 15 hours none of these UBER safety team people called us back. Now Samsung is charging approx. 13 K to replace the screen. I didn't expect this kind of response from a global company.
