I am complaining on behalf of my father who is a senior citizen accessing the services late evening. It has happened twice that when he has booked it has shown a confirmed price on booking but charged three times more after reaching the destination. Upon reporting the matter to uber they have unjustified explanation like track change or destination change. After a particular point they stop responding and the consumer has already paid and is now helpless. This is contrary to the values proclaimed by the service and unfair.
