I would like to raise an incident regarding the last trip booked for which I have been charged 411 INR unnecessarily. I booked a trip on 21st Aug'2021 at around 2:00 PM and after waiting for the driver for approx. 20 mins. I called him twice but he didn't pick my calls. Post that I messaged him to cancel the trip because I didn't want to get charged unnecessarily for the callous behavior of the driver as he didn't even have the sense to call up and communicate about the delay. I messaged him that I am leaving the pickup location as I was getting late and asked him to cancel again (have relevant screenshots as well). After around 2 hours, when I was about to book a trip for return (assuming driver has cancelled by now), I was astonished to see that he started the un-cancelled trip without even picking up the passenger. I had no other option to but to cancel the trip and saw that I have been charged this huge amount without any good reason. Hence, I am not going to pay a single penny and want this charge to be immediately cancelled and simultaneously want strictest action to be taken against the driver for looting customers like this and for such callous behavior.
I hope this matter is taken up with due sincerity and addressed appropriately.
