1. The trip that i had booked around 12:34 pm on sunday, 20 august 2017, was cancelled by the driver for reasons best known to him. I called him to give directions to reach me at 12:38, 12:50, 12:51, 12:54 & 12:56 (When he cut the call and stopped receiving calls). I also got a message from uber that the driver had cancelled the trip. But i have been charged rs. 47.25 for a cancelled trip from my paytm account. I had to book another uber trip afterwards (At 12:58 pm), for which i have already paid rs. 111.31 from paytm.
2. When i try to reach the customer care o[censored]ber from the registered mobile number ([protected]), i get a message that i am not calling from registered mobile number, or my caller id is blocked.
