I had booked uber at 3.46 p. M. On 26.09.2017. I had got a message that driver had to cancel the trip, unfortunately, and i should book a new ride. Then after so many problems and wasting 1 hour i was successful to book a new ride. When i paid the charges a penalty of 42 rs/- was added to the charges. Kindly resolve this issue and pay my money back.
