Uber — refund for non travel paid amount.

Sir,
I kishori paswan booking the cab from chembur highway to kharghar, during payment option i have paid to amount 472.63 to uber india pvt system ltd on 01/10/2017 at about 04:05.
But uber have not shown any booked cab. And i could not travel for paid amount the cab.
So, i want to refund my paid amount which has paid to uber 61701.
