Hi, Im Divya.. I had scheduled a trip on the day before our journey via uberapp to trivandrum central Railway station on 4/3/22 at 5.30am from my residence which is only 4kms from the destination. A driver named Binu, with his ride KL21M9261 was alloted for pickup. But at the last moment prior to my journey, driver called me and demanded for an extra 100 to 150Rs than the estimated amount shown by the app. He was very rude and refused to come since I didnt meet his demand. Neither he cancelled the ride nor he came, but the app showed the gradual decrease in the pickup tym but the reality is noone turned up. He cancelled the ride at the last moment. i was so paranoid and was left with no option at the last moment. I was also so afraid to go in the dark searching for an auto since this was early in the morning.. Pls understand the situation and take necessary action against this driver so that noone would face such situation in the future. When ur train is just 15 mins to leave the station and u r left with no option for an early pickup and u r so helpless to go searching for an auto in the dark.., how would u feel..!
