It's very harassing to the customer that even if you want to complain, lengthy procedure is there, again the uber divers are very unprofessional and misbehaved..most of them .they call to customer at every ride and confirm adress first and they will make you to wait a lot and last either they will make you cancel the trip or they will redirect, by this customer waits a lot .
There is no provision to complain these drivers as they cannot be contacted once the trip is redirectef Was this information helpful? |
