[Resolved]  UBI — debit card charges without applying for debit card

I did not appliying for any debit card but UBI charged me (total 240) for two years and till now I have not gotten any debit card.My Account No is[protected].
Mobile No-[protected]. When I asked my branch(Puyan) about it they said "It is autogenareted".I contact with UBI helplines but they did not solve problem .
I got the money from scholarship .
Already I have hotlisted my debit card and now I want to get back my money as soon as possible.
