Hello Team,
Today on 08th Apr 2017, i purchased chips worth Rs 500 /- and transaction was carried out using net banking service.
My Kotak Mahindra Bank account is been debited but didn't received received chips on my playing account ( 35, 00, 00, 000 chips ).
My playing account is logged in with my facebook having email id - [protected]@gmail.com.
Post this issue, after 15 minutes i again made payment through my credit card and which went through also credit card was debited and got chips on playing account.
Request you to look into matter and reverse the Rs 500/- amount to my bank account which was paid using internet banking.
Kindly treat this on priority.
