Sir, I'm Sumit Bhatnagar from Moradabad, U. P., India. I want to say that I Pay rs. 3000 for 42 core chips on 31 Dec 2016 to ultimate teenpatti but we chips not received and i mail to ultimate support team to regarding this but they say that chips has been credit in my account but chips are not credit in my account till today and we are very disapointed and my player code is 1445218. Please advise what we can do? Can we received our valuable money or chips .
