Ultimate Teen Patti — Loss of chips

I am Rishin Agarwal from Agra.
I'm lodging this complaint against Ultimate Teen Patti (online mobile game) regarding loss of chips.
i purchased some chips by money and i have 659 crore chips after sometime i lost my all chips.I don't know where the chips gone.
I want refund of my chips.
I want my chips back.
