Ultimate Teen Patti — money deducted but not received chip

Address: Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, 227813

Please give my chip in replace of two hundred rupees because my 200/- deducted but chip not received. Transaction time is 1240 hrs on 20/08/2017.
I bought 2, 20, 00, 000 chip at the rate of 200/- on 20/08/2017 through net banking but those chips are not added in my account and 200/- deducted from my account.
So I loos 200/-
So please solve my problems otherwise refund my rupees 200/-.
