Ultimate Teen Patti — regarding chips purchasing from google play account

I have purchased scratch card of 49 rupees in Ultimate teen patti but chips was not credited in my account. I have mailed to UTP support team but they are not responding and I dont know how to redeem, please help me out.
And please credit my money in my account or give me chips.
