Sir while buying the chips, money have been deducted but i have not received any chips, the transaction got failed and i have not got my money back.

This is for the second time this is happening. If this is a hoax kindly ban this game or its purchase. I don't have money to be wasted like this.

My two transactions are pending.
Kindly resolve the issue.
