I am unhappy with the customer support and also the volunteers working as a part o[censored]NICEF. Volunteers target the parents who come along with the kids to the mall to reach their target very bad attitude. In this pandemic most people are jobless.
I spoke to the customer service representative and asked them to unsubscribe from the membership with UNICEF the same day I registered and asked them to refund my money but they are behaving very rudely with no prompt response..
My account is debited even this month though I asked them to unsubscribe me from membership Was this information helpful? |
