I called Apple Care regarding an issue that I am facing with my Airpods Pro which does not show up on “ Find My Iphone “ anymore and keeps giving an error “ Airpods Setup Incomplete “, after getting my airpods pro replaced from the Unicorn Store in Andheri, Mumbai, near Fun Republic. The Apple customer support did all the required diagnostics of my phone and after spending days with Apple Customer Care on the call, they told me that they are booking an appointment for me in the Unicorn store where my Airpods Case will get replaced as there was an issue with the device. I went to the store then and submitted the Airpods Pro after which I received an email in a few days which stated that my airpods pro left earbud and the airpods pro case has been replaced and I can go to the store to collect it. When I went to the Unicorn store, the store representative stated that they sent me the email bymistake regarding the case being replaced as only one earbud has been replaced, but my issue was not resolved and my airpods again gave me the error of “ Airpods setup incomplete “. The Unicorn store rep kept arguing with me that they can not do anything and that the charging case can not be replaced. I finally agreed after which the unicorn store representative showed me a screen with certain action notes which mentioned that the team has analysed my device and my airpods charging case has to be replaced. When I showed this to the representative, he was shocked and went inside a room and came back out and again showed me the notes which stated that only earbuds have to be replaced and not the charging case ( he went in the room and changed the notes from his system inside ). I have been handed over my airpods now with my issue not resolved at all. Was this information helpful? |
