Although the payment is completed for iphone13, the order details are not seen on website.
My order history remains empty.
On contacting customer care by call, they suggested to write email to certain person instead of creating a ticket to track the issue.
Although an email is sent with screenshot of transaction and other details, i am not sure if the person has even read my email, as there is no response as of yet.
Regretting my decision to buy from unicorn e-commerce site, should have placed orders through amazon/flipkart instead. Was this information helpful? |
