I recharged a amount of 18 rupees on 28 January 2015 and received a message which reads out as follows
Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 519XXX3972 for a purchase worth Rs18 on POS 00010406 at Telewings_Comm_CCAVENU IN txn#[protected].
But I haven't been crideted with the recharge or received any benefits from Uninor. I recharged from online Uninor website.
Today is 08 February 2015 and after so many days and my complaints to costumer care, my problem is not yet solved and they are talking about the recharge which I done on 28 December 2014.
I called 198 many times and I am narrating a conversation here When I called 198 a lady asked me what she can do.
So I explained that online recharge didn't happen successfully.
she kept me line only to tell me that I have not recharged at all as if I lied.
When I asked her again she said contact agent with whom I recharged ( But i told her in being itself I used uninor.in online )
As if she doesn't want to talk she said repeatedly 'Thanks for calling Uninor'
When I asked her to connect to supervisor, I was told no such option exits
When told her that I will complaint to consumer court she said go ahead.
The behaviour o[censored]ninor's costumer care is reckless and full of arrogance, it seems that they are not taking my complaints seriously
