[Resolved]  Uninor / Telenor — Wrong information of sim card holder

I am user o[censored]ninor from 5 years i lost my sim card 4days ago so I got to the uninor store where they told me that my sim was registered by someone else name.Even though during verification call I verified my name nd address still they are saying that the information is not matching which i provided and they said we cant help u.i called customer care they told me to go to store no one is helping me and my no synchronized with all my bank accounts plzz help me to get that no back to me
