It is seen that the bank is sending and disabling the use of debit cards by its customers. This indicates that the bank is not at all interested in serving their customers in a right manner, but it is intending to harass its customers by taking help of directives by the government especially rbi. I am a customer o[censored]nion bank of india, station road branch, aurangabad. Maharashtra.
I have given all the required documents to change my current homeloan account from base rate to mclr rate before 3-4 months.
Every time i visit the branch they reply it will be done in short time.
But still it's not changed to mclr rate where i can get less interest rate.
Please do the needful things to make it happen as early...

Hello sir,

On 11 oct i was doing transfer to my another bank account through upi union bank app. Transaction was failed and amount was debited. Still by now i have not received the money back to my account.

I have logged complain thru app but no response yet.
Branch and call center are not help ful either.

Request you to please look into this and help me asap.

I have paid rs. 1800 from credit card and it was saying that successfully paid rs 1800 for kendriya vidyalaya but when i tried to print receipt they are saying that either you have not paid the fees or no record found. Transaction was failed and payment was not received by benefeciary but the 51, 000 rupees amount is debeted from my account.

Please solve this issue asap....

I recharged my number [protected] on 11 october wih true balance account on number [protected] for rs. 76 with my union bank debit card, account no - [protected], which failed but amount debited but i received no refund for that. Not expected such worst service from true balance and also slow response for refund from the bank
So i request the bank to refund me back now as early as possible

Sir yesterday[protected], i have made a payment of rs.399 from my saving account no. [protected] vide reference no. 910315 to airtel recharge through airtel app. The amount has been deducted from my account but i got a msg from airtel customer support saying that it has not received the payment because transaction has been failed. So it is requested to please look into the matter and my amount please be credited into my account today...
