Cash withdrawal problem from ATM

Hi,

I have tried to with-drawl 5000 rupees from a ubi atm on 14/6/17. I have ubi debit card. As the money was not available on that atm i did not get any cash there. The receipt printed from the machine also shows unable to dispense the cash. But in my mobile i have received the message as 5000 rupees has been deducted from my acct.

Now what i have to do to get the money back.
Now i dont have online banking...

Online earned money didn't credited my account

Harassment of senior citizen of 70 years age having platinum privilege

Balance deduction from my account

Money got deducted twice
