No cheque clearance

I have a saving account with you as Account No. [protected] at Branch - Motibagh-I. I had dropped my salary cheque with cheque number 993047 o[censored]CO Bank, New Friends Colony at Nehru place Branch cheque dropbox on 8/4/09.But still it is not cleared in & debited in my account.

unneccesarily Deduction of money

ON 26.01.2009 I HAD WITHDRAWN 500RS. THROUGH ATM (TELECOM NGR BRANCH)
WITH REFERENCE TO THAT ANOTHER 500RS. HAD BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 06/02/2009. ON THE WHOLE MONTH OF FEBRUARY I HAD NOT WITHDRAWN ANY AMOUNT FROM ATM, BUT UNNECCESARILY MY MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED.

I HAVE SUBMITTED A WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO THE TELECOM NGR BRANCH, AND NOW ONE MONTH HAS GONE, BUT STILL I HAVE NOT GOT MY AMOUNT BACK.

No Cash Received from ATM but money was debited from my account

Yesterday ( 8th April 2009) I had tried to withdrawal Rs. 4000 from Kotak Mahindra Bank's ATM Centre (Located at Indra Gandhi Airport premises) around 1900 Hrs but the machine responded back with the message something like "Unable to Access". However in the mean time Rs. 4000 was debited from my account (Account No - [protected]) although I have not received that cash from the ATM machine....

Unfair business practices

I HAVE TAKEN A LOAN OF RS.25000/- FOR THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER FROM UNION BANK OF INDIA, CHANDER NAGAR BRANCH, DELHI-51 IN THE MONTH OF NOV.04 AGAINST MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS OF RS.807/- PER MONTH PAYABLE IN 36 MONTHS.

Overcharged at ATM

I have a salary account with UBI [protected] and ATM no [protected].

On 27th AUG I operated ATM from Bharat Overseas bank limited situated at sector 8 panchkula haryana for ATM withdrawl. The balance in my account prior to withdrawl was Rs 22337/- as per record no 4625, after that i withdrew Rs 4000/- from the said ATM, but on the reciept the available balance was Rs 14337/- whereas the balance should be Rs 18337/-.br...

dishonour of cheque despite of sufficient funds

I hold an S/B account in Union Bank of India in chennai and issued a Cheque for Rs 13500 to SBI credit card last month which was dishonoured by the bank stating that due to insufficient funds But from the date i issued the cheque and till it came in for clearance my account balance was more than Rs 16000 and i was liable to pay a cheque dishonour penalty of Rs 400 to the credit card. on 24 feb i was going for transiction through canara bank atm located in burari, delhi.

Cheque bounced: signature mismatch

Between January 2, 2009 and February 12, 2009, eight of my cheques were bounced by Union Bank, on the ground of signature mismatch! The cheques were issued to HDFC, Citi Bank, other banks, and all are AC-payee cheques. I have an account with this particular branch o[censored]nion Bank since last 18 years, and this branch happens to be located within our office campus. Dear Sir/Madam
I would like to imform you that my father is a customer o[censored]nion bank of India.
Last 26th of Nov, He was going for a transaction through SBI ATM Machine located here in Bharat Petrol Pump, Sulem Sarai, Allahabad.

He entered the amount of Rs 10, 000/- but the machine replied as "REQUEST TIME OUT"...
