On 16th May, 2020 I have been to the union bank atm to withdraw money from my account but when I have used my card to withdraw money, the money which was ₹13, 000 was debited from my saving bank account but I did not receive the cash from the atm then I went to the bank branch and raised several complaints and also followed all kind of procedures which they have asked me to file. But till now there is no resolution to my problem whenever I go visit the bank to ask the status of my complaint they don’t have any answer to that keep telling now this matter is with RBI. It is almost 9 months since they have forfeited my money and not ready to return me back.

    Updated by Chinmay Chinnu     I was withdrawn amount of 6000 through union bank A T M 09/01/2021...bt amount not received..in my account was debited 6000.i complaint to bank 11/01/2021..today I was going to branch and ask for complaint..he was not satisfied ans me..bank member say that..wait some more day

      We are sorry to say that staff in Union Bank Of India Clare Road Branch are not cooperative to Customers they are talking roodhlly.
      I we have any query and want to talk any person in branch there is no landline phone working and they have given number are not pickup by them
      Every time we have not able to go to branch and solve query
      Old staff in Union Bank Of India, Clare Road Branch are very
      genuine and helping in all matters

        I need to get a refund from amazon of 279 rupees and they told that it is intiated but when i went to the bank the person who checked my accout told me that the money is not got intiated to my account so i had already got a residential number from the amazon so please check and credit my money.

          I Juhi Malodiya is a saving bank account customer o[censored]nion Bank of India Annapurna Branch Indore. Account Number - [protected] . 11/1/2020 morning I did a transaction Reference id[protected] of amount rs. 1399 but unfortunately transaction was failed but amount was already debited from my account. I tried to call customer care many times but number was busy. I humbly request you for amount of failed transaction to be reverted back in my account.

                  On 9dec I had placed an order ONE ASSIST SANDWICH MAKER EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN AMOUNT ₹199.                       I have ordered a headphone from Amazon at 2599 ruppee on 24th December 2020 and after I returned the order Amazon issued refund and gave reference code also but I didn't received the money in my account yet .                           This is regarding internet banking id I used to login with corporation bank prior to their merger o[censored]NION BANK OF INDIA AND ANDHRA BANK AND CORPORATION BANK.
                          I have not been able to login and use net banking after many attempts and complaints to their customer support. Its been a month I am am contacting and following whatever they are asking me to do. But there is no proper resolution yet. They say that they have enabled but it is unlocked and they asked to send an email fo unlocking id or password, its done from my side, but no benefit.

                              Payment failed but amount debited from bank

                              I did a transaction on 16 December 2020. 1566 rupees but that transaction failed and the money was deducted from my bank.I also complained on the 17th December 2020 but it has been 18 days but I have not received any result yet.Please give me any response as soon as possible till when my money is refund in my bank account.

I had to get the refund amount from Amazon which I had talked several times to both Amazon and UBI customer care service but they didn't get processed. The amount is Rs499, it has been almost 2 and half months.

                                  My saving account is debit frozen on 22/13/2020 but within this 7 days it's not unfreeze so may I know the reason?? And I called your customer care executive then they informed me that account is unfreeze but i can't make any debit transaction so I face lots of problems due to medical issues in my family because I couldn't able to withdraw any kind of money.. please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    Our association have 3 current accounts with UBI Koramangala. Dec 11 i have requested for new login password, it been 20 days i didnt receive, but system showed the message that i will receive in 2 days. Contacted branch, nodal officers, called branch (a lady attended and simply cut the call), sent multiple escalation contacts, no one is responding to emails etc. My advice is DONT open any accounts with UBI. Very very worst bank i have seen.My account number 5154XXXXX36298
