I have ordered an product on amazon and due to some reasons the product is returned to them and they have initiated the refund with an reference number of (30005403050296148227540). as per amazon the refund should be credited within 04th November 2020 and i tried to contact the customer care o[censored]nion bank of india; but theyre not responding. kindly provide me the proper solution.

      Dear sir, I submitted document for kyc and joint ac with wife on 26/10/20. Bank employee told that with in two three days your work will completed.After 6 days when I approach to bank on 31/10/2020, work was not completed and my documents laying on table as it is.On 31/10/2020 bank employee told that today your work complete 100%.But when again I approach to bank on 3/11/2020 for confirmation, bank employee dosnt found my document in bank.He (bank employee) told me that you submit again all document, then I will do your work.
      Dear sir during this covid-19 situation every time When I was visit to bank Q for minimum 2 hrs spent in line.

        My name is Reena and i had ordered POLYSTAR Flyer Navy 55 ltrs Rucksack (order number : 30005402960291164757448) in Amazon on 17th October 2020 and after 20th October I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 25th October Amazon initiated the amount to my card but still I didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Union bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it is very urgent.

          Discrepancies in execution of transfers/postings of erstwhile Andhra Bank staff domiciled or working at the seven states of N-E India

          Respected Sir,

          May I respectfully request a few minutes of your time amidst your hectic schedule to read a heartfelt cry for help from staff members of erstwhile Andhra Bank, now merged with Union Bank of India, a public sector bank head quartered at Nariman Point, Mumbai.

          With folded hands we may submit before your highest authority that erstwhile Andhra Bank employees are striving their level best to provide continued banking services to the common people despite the numerous difficulties faced by them and in the process several bank employees have tested positive with COVID-19. The problem is much aggravated and painful for people hailing from the seven states of North-East India (Assam, Nagaland, Tripura, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram), as here due to lockdown and mandatory institutional/home quarantine measures in force, many of them are detached from their families for months. Train services to this region are infrequent and most of the seven states have mandated varied quarantine and self-isolation rules for air passengers travelling from other states to combat corona virus.
          In some cases bank staffs have not been able to attend to their families in emergency situations and even during funeral and bereavement of near and dear ones. It is a very alarming situation but the responses from concerned departments or administrative offices of the concerned bank are inadequate.

          Transfer requests of staff who are domicile of this N-E region, but are posted elsewhere in India, are kept pending for months by respective departments/verticals/controlling offices. Similar is the scenario for people from other parts of the country but posted at branches/offices of this region. They are often denied allowances mandated by Govt. of India for working in the region. The N-E region is being looked upon negatively with least priority. There have been several cases of rampant discrimination against the north-eastern community exhibiting institutional racism.

          Request for leaves even in emergency are denied citing various frivolous reasons. Here employees are being asked to clock in extra hours due to pressure to sanction loans amid an economic slowdown aggravated by the pandemic. All these results in mental agony and harassment and interferes with a staff’s ability to discharge his/her duty. Improving work-life balance not only helps the staff members and their families, but it also makes a person a more productive employee.

          All Union Bank of India employees are in panic mode and have become much perturbed due to the prevalent circumstances. In this background, there is an urgent need to give them some comfort in attending their duties, failing which it will be difficult to give uninterrupted services to the bank and its customers. Considering the hardship faced by banking staff while serving in N-E India, Government organizations like IBA and RBI from time to time have come up with circulars, necessitating relaxation in transfer policies for people domiciled or working in this part of the country. Moreover as per recent newspaper reports peer banks like SBI, PNB BOB etc are working expeditiously on transfer request applications to alleviate the woes of their staff in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

          Based on the above information we respectfully request you to kindly initiate a proper enquiry at the earliest about the pending transfer requests for staff members belonging and serving in this North-East region and take necessary action to rectify the various violations in the transfer policies of the concerned bank and Government of India. Staff members and their families of both erstwhile Andhra Bank and Union Bank of India will be eternally grateful for kind concern and timely intervention.

But that transaction (Transaction Reference Id:[protected] was failed and that amount was not credited in our account till now. So, please check it and do the needful.

                      my name is mohsin saifi

                      my problen is, i purchase a item from amazon on 12-Oct 2020 in 12, 99rs.
                      But after a few days there was some problem in that item, so I returned that item on 19 -Oct2020 and on the same day on 19 -Oct2020, Amazon returned my money to me but my money has not come to my bank yet. . I also spoke to the bankers, but they are saying that we cannot do anything because of bank merging. I have also mailed to Union Bank of India and I have also told them my problem as well as I had mailed my account number and Amazon Refund Reference Number to me, so I had sent that number to Union Bank people and said Give me my refund But nothing special has come from there.
                      Toh has been done 24-days and it has been 10 days now and I have not received my refund. Due to which I am very upset. And that's why now I have thought about Complaining. I am giving you my refund reference number below and I hope that my problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

                        Greetings for the day!

                        Few days back, I have checked my CIBIL score report and its related information. Under the enquiry information, it has been found that there were enquiries from your bank. There were THREE such instances till now (on 29/07/2014, 09/05/2016 & 15/04/2020). Kindly refer attached screenshot. Please note that I have not approached your bank for any credit facilities (like credit card, loan etc.) till now and I am also not an existing customer of your bank. Without my consent, your bank had unauthorized access to my credit score and its related information. Hence, I request your action for the below:

                        1) Inform me the purpose/intent of your bank officials for the above activity.

                        2) Provide the contact details of concerned bank officials who had accessed my credit score and its related information.

                        3) Warn the concerned bank officials not to repeat the above activity again in the future.

                        In case you are not the concerned bank officials to deal with such complaints, kindly provide the contact details of the concerned so that the matter can be taken up with them.

                        Earliest response from your end will be very helpful.

                              Dear sir,
                              I have something very important to tell against the union bank of India branch Raipur pin-275204. For two weeks I have been visiting to this branch to open my account, but I am fed up with the staff behaviour and the kind of service we are getting . I just want to point out some of problems that we are facing.
                              1. I applied for UBI saving bank account and visited to the branch with my original documents and print form of the application. They rejected my application without providing any reason. They don't even give proper information.
                              2. The staff is full of arrogant and lazy people. They make us stand outside the branch building for hours but still we don't get our work done .
                              3. My mother is having a account in the same branch but they are not providing the passbook. Some of the staff members are saying to come on Monday. When I went to take passbook on Monday then they told me that passbook is only distribute on Thursday . So now come on Thursday.
                              4. They don't even open and close bank on proper time . After 10 they open bank and before 2pm they close it . Due to this lot of people have to return home in agony.
                              5. A lot of people do not get passbook and ATM on time after opening account. So they have to be in trouble and visit bank again and again for this simple thing.
                              6. Passbook printing machine are run only once in a week, creating a lot of problems for people.

                              please look in to the Matter as soon as possible. An early response from your side would be highly appreciated.

                                  I have paid a fees of Students from KVS, Godhra on 15 th October. First time, Amount debited from my account but Receipt didn't received and I have not received refund amount yet. So, Please do needful and give me a refunds in my account.

                                    I had used my debit card to make a purchase from Amazon. India. Later I went for a refund. The refund reference number from the seller is 30005402810274176502095.As per their mail it should have been credited into my account (Corporation bank-Mogappair) by at least 11/10/2020.But nothing has come in so kindly check and credit the refund amount to my account. Already a mail has been sent to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com in this regard.
