This is to bring your kind attention that since April 2019 to Oct 2019 an authorized/unwanted person has used account and done no of online shopping through the said account. An amount of worth Rs 20000/- has been used for the shopping through Amozon, Paytm and Flip card.I have not received received any OTP/Mgs against the said transaction as well as not aware for the same; if he would know about the malpractice activity then he should blocked the account /ATM immediately. The fraud has came into light when we have updated the passbook yesterday and check the balance; While checking i found that all the fraud transaction has done for online purchase with the above said agency. Immediately i approached to the branch and blocked the ATM and Nil the account; It is a very serious matter and the same need to be address and investigated and find the person who is involved in the said activity so that the same couldn't not be repeated for any one us in the future.
In view of above kindly requested to look into the matter on top priority and resolved the issue so that we can get refund back our money at the earliest.

Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Also the FD form is too complex. Make it little bit clear and easy so that one can easily understand and the form should be readable.
