Dear union bank head,

We have a housing loan account in my husband name at jp nagar branch...

Everytime mr. Mutturaj calls up and harrase us saying if you don't pay we will put a auction at our house... You will be ashamed infront of your neighbours...

We have a old age parents at house if something goes wrong becauae of his harrasement we will not leave him simply

We never faced such problems with any other previous mangers till date..

I need justice sir......

Today 30 December 2018 I used debit card to withdraw 4500 amount but transaction is failed.
I got 2000 credit to my account but 2500 is not credited in my account.

      I deposited 2500rs in atm machine o[censored]nion bank of india of my branch (Adajan, surat, gujarat). My account is in union bank of india.
      My money has been retracted by the bank and they say it is retracted due to some problem in the notes. They need to get the report from central branch and once the report is clear i vl get money back. The duration for the same is around 1-2weeks.

        When my father goes to union bank of india lolada branch (Taluka-sankheshwar, dist-patan, state-gujarat) 3:45 pm then branch's man said to the branch's time is over. He knew that the bank is open but your bank's behaviour is not good. I experienced 2-3 times that types of behaviour. My father did not go to raise money or deposit, only my grandfather died, he went to transfer money from his account. When the employee of the bank refused to come in my father's bank then his acquaintance let him come and let us go. It means that the bank is only a recognized entity. If my family has 6 accounts in unioun bank of india, can i close all the bank accounts due to such employees? Please request the bank manager and bank staff to comment on this matter. Is the time for the consumer to be between 10:30 am and 3:00 pm only?

          महोदय मैं यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया UBIN0558052 का वर्ष 2014 से जन-धन खाता धारक हूं इसके अलावा मेरा किसी भी बैंक में खाता नहीं है मेरे सभी जरूरी लेन देन इसी खाते से होते हैं आज दिनांक 27/12/2018 को ब्राच में पैसे निकलवाने गया तो ये कहकर मना कर दिया गया कि आपके इस महीने के 4 लेन-देन हो चुके हैं अब आप पैसे नहीं निकाल सकते जबकि मैंने इस महीने 2300₹ ही निकाले हैं और मेरा खाता फ्रीज कर दिया गया अब मैं अपने ही खाते से अपना ही पैसा नहीं निकाल सकता ऐसा क्यू? ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र [protected] में फोन करने पर भी कोई सहायता नहीं की गई और सिकायत भी नहीं दर्ज की गई कृपया सहायता करें।

Bank me 03/12/2018 complain kiya 06/12/2018 reject ho gaya mene fir 07/12/2018 complain kiya magar abhi tak mujhe koi reply nehi mila or mera paisa bhi nehi mila.

                  Hi
                  Union bank of india has created new mobile banking app. The worst thing is they have not tested app properly. Developers has run build directly to production and removed old working app.

                  Now, new app is not working at all. Custmors are facing problems. Get it fixed asap. Please see attached file. I am trying to access app with my credentials but not able to access.

                        I have raised request to include IDFC chennai branch details in your beneficiary list one month ago.Also requested many times still it didnot resolved.I am very much disappointed due to this service from UBI.

                        IB Team from UBI is providing poor service which is very frustrated .Even i file complaint in UBI and they update the status has resolved but actually it didn't.
                        I Sent mail even to higher official but nothing proceed sofar everybody is lethargic.

                          I have an issue with my transaction. On 1st december 2018 rs.10000/- has been credited to my account. So, i tried taking the money through my union bank atm villivakkam chennai.. By it showed an error message so i decided to try in other banks atm and again it showed an error message.. After some time i received a message saying rs.10000/- has been debited from my union bank account. But i never took any money.. Regarding this issue i have registered a complaint to my union bank (Home branch). But still the issue i have faced has not been resolved.. Do please kindly have note on this and do take immediate action on this and kindly resolve my issue.. I have been contacting my bank employees for this so long but still they r not resolving.. Do please do the requirement.. Hope u do so.. Thank you so much..

                            I want to know that I am paying emi of house loan since 2010 in between 2 or 3 emi was skipped bcoz I lost my job but later I was keep depositing 5000 and 6000 per month. Last April I recvd letter to pay Rs24000 last month I paid Rs 33000 as I was asked to pay to regularize emi now manager keep asking to pay 15000 then 4000. If she told me to pay the amount to regularize the emi then why she saying we will possess ur house seal ur house. Kindly reply

                              सम्मानित महोदय, मैं कहना चाहता हूं कि मेरे पास आपके बैंक में भारत शाखा नाम खन्ना का खाता खाता बैंक है। मेरा नाम चंदरपाल है। मेरा मोबाइल नंबर[protected] 46125 मैं सावधि जमा प्राप्त करने के लिए आपके बैंक गया लेकिन मेरी निराशा के लिए आपको अपने कर्मचारियों द्वारा अपमानित किया गया। मैं अपने पैसे को सावधि जमा करने के लिए श्री संजय के पास गया। उसने मुझे भरने के लिए एक फॉर्म दिया। मैंने जितना संभव हो उतना फॉर्म भर दिया और श्रीमान को सौंप दिया। संजय लेकिन उसने मुझे फॉर्म को पूरी तरह से भरने के लिए कहा। मैंने उनसे अनुरोध किया कि मैं ज्यादा शिक्षित नहीं हूं और मैं जो कुछ भी पूछता हूं उसे पढ़ने में असमर्थ हूं। उसने मुझे हर किसी के सामने अपमानित किया और कहा कि वह मेरे फॉर्म को भरने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है और उसने कोई सहायता नहीं दी है .. फिर मैं बैंक मैनेजर श्री सुरेश के पास गया, उसने भी ऐसा किया और मुझे अपने खाते को निजी स्थानांतरित करने के लिए कहा बैंक अगर उनकी सेवा से संतुष्ट नहीं है। मैं जिस तरह से व्यवहार करता था उससे काफी चौंक गया था और मैं बेहद निराश हूं। मुझे आशा है कि आप कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ आवश्यक कार्रवाई करेंगे और वें न्याय करेंगे

                                  आज सरकारी कर्मचारी होने के बावजूद भी और ११ साल तक आपके बैंक मे अकाउन्ट रखने के बाद भी ये महसूस हुआ कि क्यों सरकारी बैंको मे अपना अकाउन्ट
                                  नही खुलवाना चाहिये, कृपया ये स्पष्ट करें‌ कि एक चेकबुक और एक विदड्राल फार्म मे किसकी प्रिंटिंग कास्ट ज्यादा है, यदि ग्राहक चेकबुक होते हुए भी यदि निकासी के लिये फार्म भरता है तो कृपया उसे धनराशि की अदायगी करते हुए फार्म की प्रिंटिंग लागत काट कर धनराशि अदा की जाये, साथ ही ग्राहक को इसके बारे मे स्पष्ट जानकारी दी जाये, और हो सके तो अखबारों मे इसके लिये गजट भी निकलवा देना चाहिये कि चेकबुक होने की दशा मे निकासी के लिये फार्म का प्रयोग करना वर्ज्य है, अपितु दण्डनीय अपराध है. वैसे आपके बैंक की शाखाओं के कुछ कर्मचारी इतने मित्रवत हैं कि दोबारा बैंक जाने के बारे मे दस बार सोचना पड़ता है...

                                    1st dec my account was debited 25000.00 for failed transaction. Immediately concern was highlighted to mr. Yogesh in mazagaon ubi branch who told me that my money will be credited on monday as tomorrow is saturday and it takes 24 hours to revive atm machines. But all was story still i have not received my money. On that customer service who registered my complaint ref # [protected] says after 10 days that complaint was registered with wrong details and they have now registered new complaint # [protected] and i have wait for more 7 days. This is now serious issue as they are just not understanding my concern and keep playing with customer. 25000 is big amount for me and it actual impact my monthly budget. Please help me to get my money asap.

I was working in ruduli branch district faizabad on 14/05/2018 someone withdrwal rs10000 while atm card was in my pocket i enquire from bank they replied on 19/05/2018 through mail money withrawal from axis bank chura mandi new delhi. I send no of mails to bank but no ans please help me to return my hard money

                                      Amount deducted twice from A/C as given remarks of cheque rejection charge but same cheque has been cleared. complain has been registered physically in branch with explanation of case and online complaint has been also raised but no any action has been taken from bank till date.
