bhim app transaction failed but amount debited two times from my a/c

I did a upi transaction for a amount of rs 10000. Transaction failed but the amount debited from my account two times with same description as upiar/u3/refid/upi9833e7202dfd4acbbeb402b6a124f70f, please kindly reverse the both 10000 to my account.

regarding pending and failed transaction

I was paid 9135/- on dated 31.01.2019 by transitions id[protected] in [protected]@upi with bhim app through ubi account [protected] but payment is pending not credited in above account and not refunded in my account

regarding 5, 000 deduction from my account while i didn't get cash

Gone for withdrawal of ₹5, 000 from atm but didn't get the cash out of machine rather ₹5, 000 got debited from my account.

for misbehavior and insulting for my loan application

But some time transfer and he said me. After transfer he mate me finance manger mr prashant sir he said me ok i will give u loan.. He wait me already 8 month.. Finally today he said me.. money debited but cash not came out from atm

I tried to withdraw rs 10000 from sbi atm located at simalbari, baisi but amount not dispensed so further i tried at canara bank atm located at simalbari, baisi then also amount not dispensed. However i got an sms that my account has debited by rs. 1000.
I went to my home branch to submit application in this regard but branch officials not accepted...

I did transaction through upi android app, and it was failed at 29th january 2019 11:13 am. Still my money not credited to account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website but not getting any response. Even i talked two times to call center people. Once they told "you will get money within 24 hours" and second time they told "call center cam not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only."br...

bhim upi failed transaction.

I have transferred rs.10000 (Ten thousand) from my account union bank of india, karve road, pune 411004 branch, on[protected] at 11.30 a. M. However, the beneficiary did not received the amount. The transaction status is failed. Photo enclosed here.
Despite repeated requests, the bank is not returned the amount till this date.
Also lodged the complaint with npci (Complaint no.153633 dated[protected].)...
