Dear Sir, I have invested in my daughters name Ms.Vinotha during 1992 a sum of Rs.2000/- (two hundred unit o[censored]TI's Rajlakshmi Unit Scheme) its maturity value is Rs.15000 in 2010 and Rs.18000 in 2011. So far i dont receive any communication from UTI/registrars to the issue. I am having only the photo copy of

Its been 10 years of mental & financial harassment by UTI mutual fund (UTI asset management co. pvt. Ltd).I took membership in captioned plan on 28.03.1989, my plan matured on 28.03.1999.

When on non-receipt of maturity amount I approached local delhi office and visited there number of times, they informed that as per UTI’s records, they have send me three cheques for maturity amount, which I never received.

My daughter Isheeta Naqvi (Minor) and I as her gaurdian had been allotted 6.60% Tax Free ARS Bonds vide Bond Certificate No. 30466501 for Rs. 53800/- which were to mature in April 2009.

I have written to the UTI Investor Services regarding this in 3 letters reminding them of the same but have had no reply from them so far.

I would be grateful if this amount is released at the earliest.
