Dear Sir I had invenest RS-35000 FD in UNITECH that FDR No- is 1212983. Its period for the 26/03/2013 to 25/03/2014 is maturity. I all ready submit the peper for redemption to bajaj capital kalka ji branch New Delhi. I realy need this money on urgent basses kindly release this amount ASAP. I have applied for fd of inr 6 lakhs on 28 / 02 / 2011 for 3 years with a maturity period of 28 / 02 / 2014. However unitech asked me to extend the fd for another 6 month period due to unavailability of the fund. My fdr no is 1016421. Upon my agree, they extended my fd for another 6 months with a new maturity period of 28 / 08 / 2014. Upon expiry of maturity period they paid me inr 3 lakhs only.
Since 28 / 08 / 2014, i am struggling with unitech to pay me my balance amount of inr 3 lakhs and interest on it since 28 / 08 / 2014, but failed.

Client Ref.# UNITECH 08042011 FDR 1231989 Folio No. 1247011 We had deposited a sum of Rs 1, 50, 000 in UNITECH during 2012-13. Till date we havent received our maturity amount (principal + interest) . Just a TDS reversal of rs 616. Feeling extremely disappointed and cheated by investing our money in this company. Companies can never be successful if they cheat the public of their hard earned money. Hoping to get the money sometime in near future.

I D K Shah booked Flat in UNIHOME Ph-ii in Sector 117 Noida in the year 2009. I got he gratuity and CPF from the department where I was working.. My whole life earning was invested in the flat. While booking with the Co, they informed that flat will be handed over in Two years i.e by 2011-12 but there is no sign of handing over. Forget handing over of the flat, I visited no of time and found that not a single person is working at site. UNITECH has taken the money from the poor people and invested this money to purchase land and also invested in other projects. There is no law for the Builders. What should be the action by the Investors to get the flat as promised by them. By not getting flat I am loosing money as I can not stay there and I am paying for the Rent. Please suggest remedy if any body can help me.

My Fixed deposit FDR Nr. 1195990 dated[protected] account Nr.1231154 for Rs. 2, 00, 000(Rs. two lakh ) matured on[protected] has not been repaid yet. Every time I telephone on customer care they say the amount will be paid within one month.Almost two years passed after completion maturity. no word regarding repayment of pricipal or interest due.

Regarding non-receipt of maturated FD amount is not received till yet after complaining no. of times to customer care.I am also complaining to you since last two years.Pl. see my date wise mail. But no response and no result.

So why customer care required, to solve the problems.
It seems customer care cheats to public and passing the time.
I will forward all messages to Media as well as news paper and SEBI now.

I have complaints to customer care as above, but no response till yet. It seems that officers of customer care are cheating with people. They are nothing to do. So Customer care is not required. Customer care and Company jointly cheating with people.

We booked 3 bhk flat no.0507 in tower H1 in Uni Homes-2, Noida in March 2012 and paid installments/ booking amount to the extent of around 40% of total cost. Despite our repeated queries and requests made to Unitech no body hears us and gives the exact status. They are claiming to be largest Builder/ Company in real estate in India but we are cheated that our hard earned money is blocked & even we are in the dark. I am a government Servant and in Infrastructure field. As per my experience even Govt. Projects are not delayed and it is utmost surprising that work in our tower is yet to take up. We have done a fixed deposit in your company vide Client Ref No. UNITECH[protected]FDR No. 1208720) in 07-02-13 which will be mature in 07-02-14 and we have received interest of Rs. 5538 on dated 7 Feb 2014 against this deposit. But still we will not receive our maturity amt as on Jul 2015 that was closed on 07-02-14. Now I am old man (62 yrs Old) not visit your office regularly. After every visit your office person not gives me a write answer about this. Your office gives us a wrong commitment about that. He will give me a new date every month and now it will take long time about one year. Now we are not in position to walk every time to your Gurgaon office regarding such type of problem. Your sale person who will sale this product to us will not interested to help me out on this problem. As per your company reputation this is not a right situation to help your company in future. So we will request you to look on that and help me to recover of refund my money on priority. Pls treat this mail as a reminder of refund our overdue payment. So we have waited for your positive reply else we go ahead for legal procedure against your for my overdue amt with interest as on date.
