My fd no ul/fd/a/044161dated 13/03/2011 for 40, 000/-rswith unitech ltd matured on 13/03/2014.I submitted fdr duly discharged in original to them well before maturity date.One year has passed and inspite of numerous phone calls they have not paid my principal and interest.Please expedite.
2.My another fdr no 1248081 dated 13/01/2014for rs 50, ooo/-rsis with unitech ltd.Its mat date is13/01/2017.I am not sure of interst and principal payment.Please arrange repayment of above deposits with uptodate interest and oblise.

I had deposited Rs. 2, 00, 000 as Fixed Deposit on 28 Nov 2010 with M/s unitech Limited, Plot No 136, II Floor Udyog Vihar Ph I Gurgaon PIN 122016. The maturity date of FD was 27 Nov 2013 and I had forwarded the original certificate with a request to redeem the FD. However, no FD proceedings have been paid to me so far. Repeated tele-conversations only yield assurances and the amount is yet to be credited. Please help

FDR No 1198171 dtd 03.11.12, FDR No 1199398 dtd 20.11.12 and FDR No 120003 dtd 23.11.12 already matured but not received the amount till date after repeated email to the concerned person. My wife is suffering fro Frozen Shoulder, going thru physiotherapy for 30 days, and my father needs to replace his pace maker immediately. I am in great difficulties to overcome this situation as I need a lot of fund for these. I requested to the concerned person but all are in vain.

Dear Sir/Madam I have submitted following 1 FDRs on February 2014 for payment on maturity, but received interest payment in the month of february 2014 only and the principal amount is still awaited:1. FDR No.1240049 for Rs.50, 000/- in the name of Rajiv Ranjan Prasad (maturity 23 march 2014). If payment is not received within a fortnight, I will have no option except to send a legal notice and then file suit with Consumer Forum for claiming suitable damages alongwith the repayment of above FDRs. After searching for you on the internet I have found your company and cannot see any reason why I would want to contact your company. I have made one Fixed Deposit for Rs. 3, 00, 000/- on 12/02/2011 for a period of 03 years @ 12.00% PA, and the same has already mature on 12/02/2014. On being matured and after receipt of intimation from Unitech office, the original Fixed Deposit Receipt was submitted by me at Unitech's Gurgaon Corporate Office during the month of March'2014. Accordingly, as a matter of routine practice each & every month I have been regularly in contact with Unitech office, but neither the Principal amount of the said FD has been received by me nor there is any positive response from Unitech, which illustrates total passive attitude o[censored]nitech. Further on 24/12/2014 i again had a telephonic discussion with the Fixed Deposit Department o[censored]nitech and it was revealed that there are some fund issues/problems at Unitech thus the Pricipal amount of my FD will be released during February'2015 At present I am in desperate need of funds, and i can't wait Untill Feb 2015 for my Principal amount ( Rs. 3, 00, 000). If my principal amount is not credited in my account then i don't have any option other then going for a legal assistance. I invested in Unitech because Unitech was known as a good & responsible company, after this issue i have lost faith in Unitech & i will never ever suggest/advice anybody to invest in any schemes promoted by Unitech. Hi I have made an FD of Rs 312000 with Unitech Ltd for 6 Months which was matured on 1st Feb 2014. My FDR no is 1232625. But its been 11 months now I haven’t received my Principal amount. I am chasing Unitech on phone and email regularly from past6 months and every time when I called them they told me that due to Liquidity issue they are not able to dispatched the payment. I have also visited their FD division office which is in 2ndFloor Plot no 136 Phase 1 Udyog ViharGurgaon - 122016 Haryana and they told me that they will dispatch maturity amount before Nov 2014 month end, but when I called their office they told me again that due to liquidity issue, payments will be dispatched in Feb 15. I have no trust in Unitech and they are just fooling investors. Please help me in getting my money back as I need it urgently. I (Vasanthi) have deposited Rs1, 00, 000/- at UNIFD on 02/12/2013 for 6 month period (FDR No.1246668 & Folio No.1203318), it got mature on 12/06/2014. Original FD Receipt was send on June’2014 itself.
And another deposit of Rs60, 000/- at UNIFD on 20/03/2014 on 20/03/2014 for 6-month period, this also got mature on 20/09/2014.(FDR No.1249919 & Folio No.1203318). Original FD Receipt was send on September’2014 itself.

But till I was not got the maturity amount of above two deposit till today. I need the above amount for my mother medical expense, who admitted at hospital at Pondicherry. This amount will save my mother’s life

I invested into unitech cascades –greater Noida in 2015 The company had to give the Possession of the flat in march, 2018 The company handed over the Possession letter in march, 2012 – a delay of over 4 years The possession letter clearly Tated that the possession would be handed over in 45 days. The same was delayed too and the physical possession was handed over in september, 2013 The company continues to charge Maintenance charges and electricity bills even though physical possession was not handed over. The delay penalty also has not Been handed over by the builder The company also is not allowing Me to sell the flat citing concerns with registration authorities. Multiple documented emails and Conversations with top officials in the company including ajay chandra, rajesh Sinha, rajiv kapoor have been done. They all have not been responsive to the Concerns.In i have been out rightly refused saying that the company does not Have funds and there is no intent to pay.In my last conversation i was told to Go legal and not give any call to unitech office. I have ssuffered huge financial Losses and mental agony as a result of this.

Please note i had given 1lac booking amount for Unitech project in Agra through Investor Clinic and due to improper documentation by Investor Clinic the booking got cancelled and thereafter no proper assurance either from Unitech or Investor Clinic regarding my refund of Booking amount and i had reminded to all concern parties thru mail as well as on phone but no any action against refund of my money. I had two FDR o[censored]nitech Ltd details hereunder: A/c 1017704 FDR No 1021276 dt 21/5/2011 for Rs 25000/- in Scheme A for 3 years matured on 31/5/2014 surrendered but not paid. FDR no 1020918 dt 21/5/2011 for Rs, 45000/- for 3 years in Scheme B, matured on 20/5/2014, surrendered but unpaid till date. No response from company.FD dept. not picking phone. No response of online complaints.

I am 65 year old lady who along with my 79 years old ailing husband live on the interest on fixed deposits invested at your concern. Our old age expenses and treatments are all on the support ofthese interests which we get from your company. For the last one year my husband is being treated for his Alzheimer disease and acute Dementia for which there is a huge amount of money spent on his medicines on a regular basis. He had been admitted to the hospital on a regular basis in NICU, HDU for his sudden deterioration of his conditions. I have done three fixed deposits from your concern and all have attained maturity but till date I have not received the amount. I have also tried to call you at your office and I got all weird answers and recently there is no one to even pick up the calls. In this circumstance I am enticed to beg money from my relatives to meet my expensesand situation has become such worse that I have no other alternative but to beg In this regard I would request once again to look into this from humanitarian ground and release my matured amount so that I can return the borrowed money and do some other fixed deposits to at least earn my living. I have bought a flat in unitech vista kolkata in december 2010 - based on 36 months completion tenure, i was expecting handover in january 2013. The possession of flat is now delayed by 2 years. I have moved to india from london and living in a rented accommodation which is unacceptable as my invested property was suppose to be handed over 2 years ago. Contractual clause covers the delay of construction based on unforeseen circumstances but this is a dubious act of builder making people suffer. Unitech seems to be investing money in other ventures including unitech finance and deliberately delaying the possession. I have also booked a second flat in unitech fresco kolkata which now i forsee to be delayed as much as my first purchased flat.

The rent i am paying is 3 times more than compensation unitech providing for late handover. I appeal the customers across the country to file case against unitech and their sham constructions. Can you please help me to get someone authorised to understand and help me get handover of my first flat and cancel my second booked flat asap?

Also, the customer relations teams are unbelievably hopeless in managing relationship and takes them several days as well multiple reminders to respond a query. (Please have a look at below enclosed email)

Why do a customer had to remind you multiple times to respond a query.

Can you please update your availability to fix a meeting with me to discuss the 2 years possession delay of my flat by unitech?

I had opened an FD with Unitech Ltd dtd 25/8/11. FD amount was Rs.15000/- & Fd no. 1024367. Payment was made thru Allahaband bank, Cheque no.799011, dtd 19/08/2011. Maturity date of the FD was 25/08/2014. After maturity, FD certificate send to Uniteh Ltd, Delhi office, via courier no. [protected], dtd 18/09/2014. Now on following up with company officials, they are telling, payment cannot be made rightnow as company financial position is not OK. How they can do this? Also, they are still operating without any action from authorities.
