United Bank Of India [UBI] — cash withdrawal problem from atm but a/c debited

I have operated my atm card at 11 december 2017 time: 19:44:04 tns detail-cwdr/[protected]/[protected]/+sib g. C. Avenue a south indian bank atm machine gc avenue kolkata for withdrawal of rs.10000/- and the operation was unsuccessful.
(Service not available). Then i try to check balance but same massage occurred
But i have received a message that the amount has been debited of rs.10000/- from my account. I have visited my ubi branch. They told me to wait for 72 hours. But i am affraid.
