I am still fighting with them on mail
They are so smart they will not accept that they are fraud
I have made complaint about them to my Advocate friend
After completing your work u will get call from girl saying that there are very small mistakes but still we will pay you 30k, but for correction of mistakes from our site you have to pay first
And then that girl will block u on wats app
Then u will get call from company saying that that girl is not from our company we don't know her its your personal matter now u have to pay us 7000
Then u again get call to pay 13k to 18k to broke the agreement or to continue the work
They said that they are associate advocate of company and they will file case on you by giving fake case number
And u will get afraid

Hey.. My friend also got scammed by them and they are asking for money now.. Also one advocate emailed her and now some advocate by the name of sujeet joshi is calling her and blackmailing. Wat to do? And what actions did u take against them? Providing the message from them and also the number from which the advocate called. Please help.

You can file online complaint on this fake company. Or contact consumer court. Don't pay anything to them.

They cannot take any legal action.. because we have not signed the agreement physically. Also it's not genuine and registered company. Infact the we all can file complaint in them as per company registration provision act.

yes i am one more culprit who got trapped in the work of this company. The lawyer is asking 70000/- please help me too. Law should close these type of company who are cheating and harrassing innocent people.

The lawyer who sent you mail just mail him and that in which court he is doing his practice. And what is his advocate registration number
Ask him his advocate identity card
He will not able to answer these questions
It proves that ... They are fake
They can't do anything
They will disturb you just about a week
After that they will not call you
And if they think they can get money from you...they will continuesly call you and tell you that they have filed case on you
So attend there call and teach them lesson by asking legal questions about their company

Their advocate sent me a mail saying that I have to pay 7000/- rupees for the breach of contract. And they sent me a legal notice too... Can anyone help me what should I do?

Yes they all from Gujarat I guess..they have multiple mobile numbers.
They have many Gmail account.
They have many Gmail account.
I too fell in their trap. They sent me legal notice n asking money.
It is very sad that they r scaring us with legal notice n all.
I had received their email to start job in the afternoon.
I guess v all should unitedly fight against these culprits so that they don't cheat others. If anyone's friend or relative is a lawyer please take advice.

Then I asked companies details address and company registration number?? But no response from them.
This uptask services is fake name...address which they given, wo bhi wrong hai. Google pe Kahi bhi available nhi hai company name or address.
Because unke pass technically strong person b ho sakta he
Lekin website legal he ya illegal wo pata karne me time nahi lagega
