I have booked a service for 2 of my air conditioners in urban clap. Their person came and said one of the boards had to be replaced. We paid for the board through urban clap about 4500/ apart from the service charge. it is mentioned in the app that they cover the warranty for this. We trusted urban clap and have paid for the service and the board. one week after the replacement it stopped working. so we reopened the ticket as the board was covered in their warranty. reson for going through them is that we can trust these fellows as they are backed by urban clap. their person came and took the board saying he will check and get it back. while at it... he took the other board from another a/c as well. He never did bring the replacement nor is he picking up his phone. We have been trying to reach urbam clap and they are not addressing the issue either. I do not understand how in the name of a service and app they can do such cheating. they are not even addresssing the issue
