Dear urbanclap, i had placed a request for my very old laptop. Mr happy singh was assigned the task. The issue was with my motherboard of my ibm laptop. He said it can be repaired and gave me an estimate of 6000 rs.
He delivered the laptop back, however to my utter surprise the 2 gb ddr2 ram was replaced with 512 mb ram, one fourth to the previous capacity.
Upon being asked about it, he told me the ram got changed along with the motherboard and now only ddr1 ram can be placed as ddr2 ram is not compatible with the new motherboard which he has put.
Apart from that, two keys from keyboard were missing. Also the screen and few other parts were loosely secured.
Now performance of my laptop is sub-optimal.
I regret availing your service.
Besides the service, the way your service rep has behaved verbally is not at all any close to being called a professional person to attend the job.
I wanted to file a complaint against this, however your customer care helpline numbers are always busy. I get a link through sms where i cannot lodge my complaint.
I am totally unhappy with the service.
I want refund of the amount i paid less cost of the motherboard.
